Module virtual_dataset 

In-memory virtual dataset indexing for multi-file views.

This is deliberately format-neutral. It does not copy data or create a persistent reference store; it records which source and local coordinate back each logical frame, so the existing readers remain responsible for decoding NetCDF and GRIB data.
